4. Purchase & Prescription Terms

Certain products require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. MedTrust will verify all prescriptions before dispensing any medication. We reserve the right to refuse service if a prescription cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
4.3 Shipping and Returns
Due to the nature of medical products, most prescription medications cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. For non-prescription items, please refer to our standard Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDTRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
